Central Valley Wastewater Data

Home Data RSV Merced County RSV Data

Merced County RSV Data

Two communities in Merced County – Los Banos and Merced – take part in Healthy Central Valley Together and results are updated as data becomes available. The chart for each city shows trends in a genetic marker of RSV that can be detected in wastewater.

In these charts, each dot shows how many markers of the virus were found in a gram of solid waste from a location. The lines show infection trends based on data that have been “smoothed” and “trimmed.” Each data point in the line is a five-day average (smoothed) in which the highest and lowest result has been left out (trimmed).

For the best experience in mobile, please view all charts in landscape mode.
