Yolo County COVID Data

Five communities in Yolo County – Davis, Esparto, UC Davis, Winters and Woodland – take part in Healthy Central Valley Together and results are updated as data becomes available. The chart for each city shows trends of SARS-CoV-2, the virus that causes COVID-19, that are detected in wastewater.

In these charts, each dot shows how many markers of the virus were found in a gram of solid waste from a location. The lines show infection trends based on data that have been “smoothed” and “trimmed.” Each data point in the line is a five-day average (smoothed) in which the highest and lowest result has been left out (trimmed).
